Navis Software Spain S.L. is seeking a Product Manager to oversee railroad-centric applications, including the N4 TOS product.

You will lead by example, drive strategic decisions, and partner with engineering, testing, and dispatch teams. You will design workflows for container-terminal operations, gather requirements, specify designs, and validate new features while ensuring a top-notch user experience for dispatchers and planners.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the core functionalities of the main TOS product, N4.
• Design solutions that optimize workflows at container terminals.
• Identify next steps for extending and improving integration solutions, gather requirements, specify design, and work with engineers to develop and validate new features.
• Manage the user experience the end users have using our solutions.
• Create a methodology to help partners integrate with Kaleris in a standard way, reducing risk, effort, time, and resources.
• Serve as the primary product owner for user interfaces used by dispatchers, planners, clerks, and equipment operators.
• Collaborate with the Engineering department to develop new solutions and features.
• Collaborate with the Testing department to create a meaningful test strategy for integration and automation solutions.
• Maintain a passion for making the complex simple and creating exceptional products that non‑coders can implement and use.
