Kaleris seeks a Product Manager – Intermodal TOS to design and evolve solutions that optimize container management at intermodal and inland rail facilities. You will own the product vision for intermodal functionality within N4, gather requirements, and validate new features with engineering and marketing teams.
A strong focus on user experience for terminal operators, rail planners and dispatchers; you will drive roadmaps with cross-functional teams to extend integrations and measure success
Formación
- Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering or related field.
- 3+ years in container terminal operations or Terminal Operating Systems.
- Experience with intermodal handoffs between marine terminals and rail/truck.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
Responsabilidades
- Own the product roadmap for intermodal functionality within N4 and related TOS products.
- Gather requirements and translate market needs into actionable features.
- Collaborate with engineering, design and sales to launch solutions.
- Define and analyze metrics to measure product success.
- Drive integration capabilities with partners and rail automation technologies.
- Lead user experience improvements for dispatchers, planners and operators.
