NextPort's digital solutions are deployed across global terminals. As Project Manager, you lead onboarding, implementation, testing, deployment and go-live with cross-functional teams to deliver value quickly.

You will align customer needs with engineering, data and product workstreams, manage plans, risks and communications, support integrations with TOS, APIs and data platforms, and travel internationally to ensure successful adoption of AI and digital twins at scale.

Formación

• 3+ years in the container terminal industry.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent English and willingness to travel internationally.
• Proactive problem solver with analytical mindset.
• Proficient with data tools (Excel, dashboards).
• Basic SQL for data validation/troubleshooting.

Responsabilidades

• Lead onboarding, implementation, testing, deployment and adoption projects for customers.
• Coordinate terminal operators, IT, Product, Engineering, Data and Support teams.
• Manage project plans, timelines, risks, milestones, and customer communications.
• Support integrations with Terminal Operating Systems (TOS), equipment systems, APIs and data platforms.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing, training, and go-live activities.
• Serve as the main point of contact for customer issues, tickets and service requests.
• Help customers maximize value of NextPort solutions and identify continuous improvement opportunities.

As Project Manager, you lead the delivery and adoption of NextPort's digital solutions for global terminal operations. You orchestrate onboarding, implementation, testing, deployment, and go-live across cross‑functional teams. You align customer needs with engineering, data, and product workstreams to maximize value and continuous improvement. This role sits at the intersection of operations, technology, and customer engagement, shaping how ports embrace AI and digital twins at scale.

• Lead onboarding, implementation, testing, deployment and adoption projects for customers
• Coordinate terminal operators, IT, Product, Engineering, Data and Support teams
• Manage project plans, timelines, risks, milestones, and customer communications
• Support integrations with Terminal Operating Systems (TOS), equipment systems, APIs and data platforms
• Coordinate user acceptance testing, training, and go-live activities
• Serve as the main point of contact for customer issues, tickets and service requests
• Help customers maximize value of NextPort solutions and identify continuous improvement opportunities
• 3+ years in the container terminal industry (5+ years preferred)
• Strong understanding of terminal operations (vessel, yard, gate, rail, equipment)
• Experience managing projects, system implementations, or operational improvement initiatives
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Fluent English and willingness to travel internationally
• Customer-focused with relationship-building
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities
• Proactive problem solver with analytical mindset
• Familiarity with Terminal Operating Systems (TOS)
