Hempel A/S in Spain seeks an Associate to lead the Linings and Pipe Coatings product portfolio, shaping strategy, roadmaps, and demand planning to drive sustainable growth.

You will collaborate with global stakeholders including Sustainability, R&D, Supply Chain and Commercial teams to develop market-driven offerings and successful launches. Fluency in English is essential, with multinational project experience valued.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the chemical industry within an international organization.
• Degree in Engineering, Polymer Science, Chemistry, or related discipline.
• Proven experience leading projects involving product optimization, launches, and/or development.
• Experience working on global-scale projects; strong advantage if coatings-related.
• Ideally experience in tank linings and/or pipe coatings; understanding of storage tank and pipeline industries.
• Ability to work independently with accountability; trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.
• Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead product launches and positioning initiatives, including internal and external promotions.
• Develop aligned market, product, and use-area strategies and roadmaps.
• Define and maintain effective solution support packages, including testing and approvals.
• Translate customer needs into compelling value propositions for the segment.
• Drive development of competitive, fit-for-purpose product offerings meeting market demands.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver innovative solutions supporting business objectives.
