Hempel seeks a Product Manager, Linings and Pipe Coatings, to develop and drive the global product portfolio and lifecycle. You will lead strategies, roadmaps, promotions, and demand planning across a global network including Sustainability, R&D, Supply Chain, Marketing, Commercial, Service, and Finance teams.

You will manage product launches, align market and use-area strategies, and ensure successful lifecycle management while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business

Formación

• Fluent English is required and additional European languages are a plus.
• Proven experience leading product optimization, launches, and development.
• Ability to work independently with accountability and influence senior stakeholders.
