eDreams ODIGEO ищет старшего специалиста по продукту для формирования и реализации дорожной карты новых и существующих продуктов Prime. Вы будете работать с Product Director, взаимодействовать с заинтересованными сторонами и руководить кросс-функциональными командами в создании концепций и их внедрении.

Требуется 5+ лет опыта в разработке продукта или стратегическом консалтинге, отличные аналитические навыки, умение вести несколько проектов одновременно и коммуникабельность на высоком уровне.

eDreams ODIGEO operates the world’s leading travel subscription platform. Its Prime programme provides members with access to hotels, rail, flights, dynamic packages, car rental, and other travel products, supported by a proprietary AI platform delivering personalised travel experiences.

Задачи

• Drive the strategy for new and existing products jointly with the Product Director
• Identify new opportunities and collaborate with stakeholders on solutions to business and consumer problems
• Build and support business cases for new initiatives and prioritize the product roadmap
• Lead cross-functional teams in creating and developing new product concepts
• Establish development milestones and manage product development, implementation, and rollout
• Balance business requirements and consumer experience to build best-in-class inventory
• Manage multiple projects and details while maintaining the big picture
• Work independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
• Manage increasing pressure without passing it on to the team and colleagues

Требования

• 5+ Years of relevant work experience in product development or strategy consulting
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, using numbers and metrics to support assumptions and evaluate outcomes
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong bias for action
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact across all organizational levels and with external partners
• Demonstrated ability to manage and develop high-performing teams
• Nice to have: experience in the travel industry, customer service automation processes, AI-driven customer support solutions, practical AI tools such as Gemini, experimentation with emerging AI-driven solutions, AI-enhanced problem solving, adaptability to new AI features and capabilities.
