Product Manager (Hybrid)

As an eDOer you will be responsible for driving the strategy and execution of our product portfolio in Barcelona. You will work collaboratively with product, engineering, marketing, operations, and customer experience teams to deliver innovative, high‑quality products that exceed customer expectations.

What you will do:

• Jointly with the Product Director, drive the strategy for new and existing products.
• Identify new opportunities and collaborate with stakeholders to develop creative, mutually beneficial solutions that address business and consumer problems.
• Build and support business cases for new initiatives and prioritize the roadmap for upcoming products and feature enhancements.
• Lead cross‑functional teams to conceive and develop new product concepts, establish development milestones, and manage the development, implementation, and rollout of products.
• Balance business requirements with consumer experience to deliver best‑in‑class inventory.
• Manage multiple projects and details while maintaining a focus on the overall vision.
• Operate autonomously in a fast‑paced, somewhat ambiguous environment.
• Handle increasing pressure without delegating it to the team or colleagues.

What you need to succeed:

• 5+ years of relevant experience in product development or strategy consulting.
• Ideally experience in the travel industry.
• Experience with customer service automation processes and AI‑driven customer support solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and develop high‑performing teams.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with a proven ability to use numbers and metrics to justify assumptions and evaluate outcomes.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment with a strong bias for action.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of interacting across all levels of the organisation and with external partners.

Preferred qualifications:

• Comfort using practical AI tools such as Gemini or other AI‑powered assistants.
• Curiosity and eagerness to experiment with emerging AI‑driven solutions in workflows.
• Ability to leverage AI tools to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
• Adaptability and learning agility, enthusiastic about continuously exploring new AI features and capabilities.
