Job summary

Glovo, входящая в Delivery Hero Group, ищет старшего PM для стратегии главной страницы и роста. Вы будете отвечать за дорожную карту, запуск и измерение экспериментов, совместную работу над UX с дизайнерами и инженерами.

Требуется подтвержденный опыт влияния на потребительский сервис, владение данными и A/B тестированием, а также видение продукта и управление стейкхолдерами на уровне руководства. Преимуществом будет опыт в росте, логине/регистрации и монетизации.

Qualifications

• Подтвержденный опыт влияния на продукт в потребительском сервисе высокого трафика на позиции Senior PM.
• Сильная работа с данными и опыт A/B тестирования.
• Четкое видение продукта и стратегическое мышление, roadmap на 6+ месяцев.
• Умение управлять заинтересованными лицами между бизнесом, технологической и руководящей командами.
• Будет плюсом: опыт в росте, login/signup или onboarding flows; опыт в доставке/мэпкетах или с монетизацией; знание инженерии и UX.

Responsibilities

• Определение и ведение дорожной карты главной страницы и стратегии.
• Запуск и измерение экспериментов, направленных на рост GMV и маржинальности, с Data Science.
• Ребилдинг опыта главной страницы совместно с Design/UX и Engineering.
• Балансирование целей роста с потребностями рекламы и монетизации.
• Сотрудничество с Growth, Checkout, Catalog и другими PM-ами для достижения общих результатов.
• Деление видением и результатами с директорами по устройствам и топ-менеджментом.

• Define and run the homepage roadmap and strategy, with clear links to login/signup and growth.
• Ship and measure experiments that drive GMV and contribution margin growth, with Data Science.
• Rebuild the homepage experience with Design/UX and Engineering, for both repeat orders and discovery.
• Balance growth targets with the needs of Ads, Monetization and other teams that use the homepage.
• Work with Growth, Checkout, Catalog and other domain PMs to deliver shared outcomes.
• Share the vision and results with Product Directors and senior leaders.

Требования

• Proven track record of shipping and measuring product impact on a high-traffic consumer product, at Senior PM level.
• Strong data fluency and experience with A/B testing.
• Clear product vision and strategic thinking, with a 6+ month roadmap view.
• Strong stakeholder management across business, tech and leadership.
