Openbank, the digital bank of Santander, seeks a Product Manager to own a key area of the Openbank app in Madrid. You will work with a cross-functional squad focused on improving a core customer journey and delivering measurable outcomes.

The role centers on discovery, prioritisation, delivery, and continuous improvement, collaborating with Engineering, Design/UX, Data, Operations, Risk, Legal, and Compliance as well as international stakeholders across Openbank and Santander.

Formación

• 4–6 years in product management, owning consumer app experiences end-to-end.
• Experience with cross-functional squads in a product-led organisation.
• Strong product sense and ability to ship simple, mobile-first experiences.
• Experience turning ambiguous problems into shipped products with measurable outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Own the roadmap and prioritisation for a product area within the Openbank app.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data and partners to align outcomes.
• Define and track product metrics across activation, engagement, retention and satisfaction.
• Lead product discovery using feedback, UX research, data and experiments.
• Identify friction and simplify complex banking journeys.
• Translate needs into hypotheses, MVPs, requirements and success criteria.
• Prioritise by customer value, business impact, feasibility and compliance.
• Drive delivery, launches and optimisation with evidence-led direction.
• Coordinate with other Product Managers to ensure a connected experience.
