Formación

• 4+ years as Product Manager in SaaS or B2B digital products.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; strong communication skills.
• Experience with agile methodologies and modern PM tools.

Responsabilidades

• Own one or several core areas of the Doofinder product.
• Translate business objectives and user needs into clear requirements and backlogs.
• Prioritize work by impact, effort, and alignment with goals.
• Collaborate daily with Engineering and Design to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Validate ideas and iterate fast using user feedback and data.
• Define and track key product metrics for success and improvement.
• Ensure design quality by partnering with designers on interactions.
• Keep stakeholders informed, aligned, and updated on priorities and progress.
• Help evolve Doofinder’s product practices toward pragmatic, user-focused culture.
