Doofinder is seeking an experienced product designer to join our Product team in Madrid. You will shape user interactions for e-commerce search, driving end-to-end design from flows and wireframes to final visuals, and contribute to a scalable design system.

You will master Figma, build reusable components, collaborate with developers and product managers, and help grow a design-driven culture with continuous improvement across the product.

Responsabilidades

• Design end-to-end solutions: user flows, wireframes, and final visuals.
• Master Figma: components, variants, auto-layout, responsive design, prototypes.
• Build and maintain a scalable design system.
• Identify and resolve design-implementation gaps with other departments.
• Participate in discovery, hypothesis, and user validation.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to deliver user-focused products.
• Perfect attention to detail in padding, micro-interactions, and choices.
• Present and defend design decisions to stakeholders.
• Promote best practices and improve workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end solutions: from user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to final visual design.
• Master Figma: reusable components, variants, auto-layout, responsive design, and interactive prototypes.
• Build and maintain a scalable, well-documented design system.
• Detect inconsistencies between design and other departments and collaborate to resolve them.
• Take an active role in discovery processes, problem definition, hypothesis generation, and user validation.
• Work closely with developers and product managers to deliver functional, intuitive, user-focused products.
• Obsess over the details: every padding, every microinteraction, and every choice matters.
• Present and defend design decisions to diverse stakeholders.
• Promote best practices and improve product and design team workflows.

What We’re Looking For

• +5 years of experience designing digital products in SaaS, B2B, or other complex platform environments.
• Proven experience collaborating with development, product, and business teams.
• Strong analytical skills and structured thinking.
• Ability to adapt to different product lifecycle stages—from MVP to mature iterations.
• Critical and constructive mindset: you know when to follow patterns and when to break them.
• Strong English skills to collaborate with international teams and conduct user interviews.

Bonus Qualities

• Practical knowledge of HTML/CSS to better communicate with engineers.

Madrid (hybrid or on-site model)

Salary range: €45–48K depending on experience and demonstrated skills
