CBRE España is seeking a Product Manager to drive the Leasing - CE division accelerated onboarding strategy, leveraging and extending our Enterprise Data Platform across CBRE markets. You will oversee Data Migrations, Data Modelling, Data Enrichment and Data Integrations, combining product management with data platforms and strong stakeholder collaboration.

• Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years' experience in product management, program management or technology.
• Experience in Agile / Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with backlog creation and management.
• Technical competency - able to understand and participate in engineering decisions.
• Experience with end-to-end application delivery.
• Ability to present your products to external customers, including senior management.
• Ability to cover gaps that may exist within the team to get the product shipped.
• Experience with Data ingestion frameworks, ETL, APIs, Snowflake.

Role Purpose

The Product Manager will play a fundamental role within the delivery team tasked with executing against the Leasing - CE division accelerated onboarding strategy that will leverage and enhance our Enterprise Data Platform and subsequent products for the regional markets. Specifically, the Product Manager will be responsible for overseeing Data Migrations, Data Modelling, Data Enrichment and Data Integrations across multiple CBRE systems and products.

The individual must possess a strong knowledge of product management, data platforms, data migrations, data marts, integrations and project management experience.

Advanced spoken and written English is a must for this role.

Key Responsibilities

Product Management / Business Analysis

• Understand and articulate data requirements, such as
  • High level source to target mapping for various datasets
  • Data model changes
  • Data transformation rules
• Develop and prioritize a product backlog
