CBRE España is seeking a Product Manager to drive the Leasing - CE division accelerated onboarding strategy, leveraging and extending our Enterprise Data Platform across CBRE markets. You will oversee Data Migrations, Data Modelling, Data Enrichment and Data Integrations, combining product management with data platforms and strong stakeholder collaboration.

Formación

• Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years' experience in product management, program management or technology.
• Experience in Agile / Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with backlog creation and management.
• Technical competency - able to understand and participate in engineering decisions.
• Experience with end-to-end application delivery.
• Ability to present your products to external customers, including senior management.
• Ability to cover gaps that may exist within the team to get the product shipped.
• Experience with Data ingestion frameworks, ETL, APIs, Snowflake.

Responsabilidades

• Understand and articulate data requirements, such as high level source to target mapping for various datasets.
• Develop and prioritize a product backlog.
• Collaborate with fellow Product Managers to align on requirements and solutioning.
• Actively engage across both business and technical stakeholders around requirements, solutions and delivery timelines.
• Act as a squad lead.
• Lead the end-to-end delivery of data products, ensuring timely execution of milestones.
• Draft delivery plans, such as data migration plans.
• Work with the Program Manager to ensure all artifacts are up to date and draft regular progress communications.
