DKB Code Factory in Valencia seeks a Product Manager for Customer Service Automation. You will own the roadmap and backlog for PEGA-based automation, translating operational problems into high-impact automation and driving measurable efficiency gains.

You will partner with engineering, architecture and frontline Customer Service teams to deliver reliable, scalable solutions while applying data-driven prioritization and governance.

Formación

• 3–7+ years’ experience in product management or similar Agile delivery roles.
• Proven track record owning roadmaps, backlog prioritization, and delivering increments.
• Strong business process analysis and automation understanding.
• Experience with data-driven KPIs and stakeholder workshops.
• Excellent communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and Miro; Scrum/Kanban practices.

Responsabilidades

• Own and evolve the product roadmap and backlog for customer service automation.
• Lead discovery and process-mapping for banking service workflows.
• Define implementation-ready user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Drive automation delivery (PEGA or equivalent) from idea to production.
• Use WSJF and Value vs. Effort to prioritize work and track KPIs.
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops with engineering, architecture, and operations.
• Promote responsible AI tool use with governance and compliance.
