DKB Code Factory is seeking a Product Manager for Customer Service Automation to own the roadmap and backlog for PEGA-based automation that reduces handling time and improves customer experience in Business Banking.

You will translate operational problems into high-impact automation, drive measurable efficiency gains, and partner with engineering, architecture and frontline teams to deliver scalable solutions while promoting responsible AI governance.

Formación

• 3–7+ years in product management or similar delivery role within Agile teams.
• Proven ability to own roadmaps, backlog prioritization and deliver increments.
• Strong skills in business process analysis and digital process automation.
• Experience with data-driven KPIs and stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence and Miro.

Responsabilidades

• Own and evolve the Product Roadmap and Backlog for Customer Service automation.
• Lead discovery and process-mapping for priority workflows in Business Banking.
• Define implementation-ready user stories and acceptance criteria; run backlog refinements.
• Drive delivery of automation increments (PEGA or equivalents) to production.
• Apply data-informed prioritization and track product KPIs to show business impact.
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops with engineering, architecture and operations.
• Establish continuous discovery and feedback loops to reduce rework over time.
• Promote responsible use of AI tools with governance and compliance.
