Dkbcodefactory is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to build a manager‑of‑managers layer and a reusable engineering platform across Valencia and Berlin. You will hire, coach, and calibrate Engineering Managers while owning standards, platform architecture, and delivery practices in a regulated banking context.

• Proven experience as a manager of managers and leading multiple engineering teams.
• Demonstrable track record of multi-team product engineering leadership.
• Concrete examples of hiring, performance management, and calibration.
• Credible engineering depth; ability to influence architecture and explain decisions.
• Hands-on with CI/CD, observability, and incident response processes.
• Experience operating in regulated environments (security/compliance).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; fosters psychological safety.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and grow a manager-of-managers layer: hire, coach, and develop founding Engineering Managers.
• Own the engineering operating system: establish standards for code review, testing, CI/CD, architecture review, observability, and incident handling.
• Drive multi-team delivery from discovery through MVP and production hardening, resolving cross-team dependencies.
• Build a modular, reusable business-banking platform to accelerate future use cases and reduce duplication.
• Ensure service reliability, performance, security, auditability, and operational readiness for customer-facing systems.
• Partner with Product, Design, Security, Architecture, and Compliance to align priorities and deliver customer value.
• Represent Valencia engineering in site-building, talent planning, and leadership alignment.
