You will work with engineering, operations, risk and finance to ensure scalable, compliant platforms across lending, cards, deposits and payments, while orchestrating migrations and platform decisions to support growth.

Formación

• Experience shaping product roadmaps and backlogs in banking or fintech.
• Ability to translate business/regulatory needs into testable requirements.
• Proven stakeholder management across IT, risk, finance and ops.
• Familiarity with core banking processes and multi-product platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Own the roadmap and backlog for the Core Banking domain.
• Prioritize delivery with IT teams responsible for core systems.
• Define product logic for accounts, lifecycle, interest, fees and billing.
• Collaborate with payments, cards, deposits, and servicing teams.
• Translate requirements into acceptance criteria with traceability.
• Partner with platform vendors for scope, testing and release.
