Joko is seeking a Product Manager to own the Core UX task force, guiding cross-platform experiences from problem framing to post-launch monitoring. You’ll collaborate with a designer and engineers under the Scale tribe, owning navigation, onboarding, and core features like cash back and search.

You’ll drive reliability, design-system foundations, and user-centric enhancements, including AI-driven personalization.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager on consumer-facing products.

Responsabilidades

• Own core surfaces — navigation, onboarding and login, cash back collection, search, redeem.
• Decide what ships where across mobile, desktop extensions, and web app; balance platform constraints.
• Define reliability as a product feature and monitor performance.
• Lead foundations work: design systems and tooling to speed product development.
• Drive discovery and personalization to improve user experiences that increase engagement.
• Arbitrate between teams to align on surface priorities and roadmaps.
