N26 Inc. is seeking a Product Manager for the Product Factory to own internal platforms that enable dynamic product launches across Europe. You will guide configuration tools, a central catalog, and the platform’s data flows, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align with global business goals.

The role emphasizes agile product development, vendor management, and compliant, scalable delivery within a modern core banking environment. Barcelona-based, with global impact.

Formación

• Experience with backend architectures and data flows.
• Familiarity with relational databases and system integrations.
• Experience building and managing internal API products.
• Strong communication and execution across multiple stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Build and own the internal configuration tools and platform strategy for the Product Factory.
• Define and drive the roadmap for core product infrastructure and data flows.
• Manage the central product catalog including features, rates, limits, and fees.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to improve platform architecture.
• Ensure automated compliance guardrails are integrated into the framework for market rollouts.
• Oversee vendor relationships and integrations with core banking providers.
