N26 Inc. is seeking a Product Manager for the Investments team to own end-to-end product scope across Wealth-building capabilities. You will coordinate with engineering, design, compliance, legal, and external B2B partners to ship scalable, compliant products with high autonomy and impact.

The role emphasizes user-centric design, data-driven decision making, and close collaboration with multiple disciplines to translate market mechanics into intuitive customer experiences.

Formación

• 3+ years of product management experience with end-to-end shipping of complex digital products.
• Experience within Investments or Fintech is a strong plus.
• Autonomy, ownership, and operational excellence are essential qualities.

As a Product Manager on the Investments team, you will take end-to-end ownership of key capabilities and results across one of our core Wealth building verticals. Working at the intersection of UX, product strategy, and financial engineering, you will translate complex market mechanics and regulatory requirements into simple, engaging products.

You won't be managing features in isolation - you will act as the central operational node, bringing together engineering, design, compliance, legal, and external B2B partners to ship impactful, scalable products safely and swiftly. You will join an ambitious team with direct impact, high autonomy, and clear runway to drive meaningful product outcomes from day one.

In this role, you will:

• Own a team’s Roadmap: Take full product ownership of the team’s scope, translating strategic priorities into well defined roadmaps and outcomes.
• Drive execution grounded in evidence: Drive the product development lifecycle for new and existing Investments features—from initial user research and technical scoping to engineering delivery, go-to- market strategy, and post-launch iteration.
• Navigate Complex Ecosystems : Act as the central node between engineering, design, compliance, and legal teams to safely and swiftly bring scalable products to market while adhering to strict regulatory requirements.
• Build Stakeholder relationships: Working closely with other teams is a fundamental aspect of the success you can have as a product manager. Building relationships with other team players early on is critical.
• Data-Driven and evidence-grounded decisions: Dive deep into user behavior, market trends, and competitive analysis to uncover new opportunities, optimize the customer journey, and continuously refine our portfolio.

What you need to be successful:

• Proven Product Management Experience: 3+ years of product management experience, with a track record of shipping complex digital products end-to-end. Experience within Investments or Fintech is a strong plus.
• Pragmatic Bias for Action: Strategic thinker who can craft a long-term product vision while executing effectively in the short term—moving forward, making quick decisions, and driving outcomes with comfort in a fast-moving, liquid, and ambiguous environment.
• Autonomy & Ownership: Thrives in an entrepreneurial environment with a high level of independence, responsibility, and operational excellence.
• User Empathy & UX Intuition: You care deeply about UX and know how to translate complex financial concepts and market mechanics into simple, intuitive, and engaging customer journeys.
• Cross-Functional & Stakeholder Leadership: Ability to articulate product decisions, drive alignment, and influence at all levels of the organization. Experience building relationships early, navigating complex financial ecosystems, and collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, compliance, legal, marketing, and finance teams, as well as managing external B2B relationships to safely and swiftly bring scalable products to market.
• Analytical & Data-Driven: Strong ability to interpret investment data, market trends, user behavior, and competitive insights to uncover new opportunities, inform product decisions, and optimize adoption, retention, and product growth.
