Job summary

N26 Inc. is seeking a passionate Product Manager for the Core Systems, Product Factory, to own internal platforms that enable dynamic mix-and-match of financial products across Europe.

You will drive self-service configuration tools and the product catalog, coordinating with global teams to ensure scalable, compliant rollouts. The role requires 4+ years in product management within FinTech or API-driven ecosystems, with strong technical fluency and a collaborative, autonomous mindset.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Product Management experience in FinTech, modern banking, or API-driven platforms.
• Strong familiarity with backend architectures, relational databases, system integrations, and internal API products.
• Undergraduate degree in STEM, Business, or Economics; MBA/MS or equivalent is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build Internal Self-Service Tools: Drive strategy and execution for self-service product configuration and orchestration tools for regional/market launches without engineering intervention.
• Own Platform Strategy & Roadmap: Define and execute the roadmap for core product infrastructure, including data flows powering financial systems.
• Manage the Central Product Catalog: Maintain and scale the central catalog of features, rates, limits, and fees with high availability and data integrity.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with other PMs, designers, and engineers to improve platform architecture aligning with global goals.
• Navigate Compliance & Rollouts: Work with Local Market Teams, Legal, Operations, and Compliance to bake automated guardrails into the Product Factory.
• Vendor & Third-Party Integration: Oversee relationships with high-engagement core banking providers and external vendors.
