Job summary

N26 seeks an experienced Lead Technical Product Manager for its Machine Learning Platform within the Intelligent Operations Platforms. You will define the long-term vision, platform architecture, and execution strategy for core ML infrastructure across N26, enabling squads to automate risk assessments and scale operations.

You will drive multi-squad strategy, oversee high-volume ML portfolios, scale MLOps, and establish governance with regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Product Management experience in a technology-driven environment, with focus on ML platforms or data infrastructure.
• Proven track record shipping ML products in high concurrency, low latency FinTech/banking contexts.
• Experience leading multi-squad initiatives and presenting to executives and regulatory bodies.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the multi-year roadmap for the central ML platform, aligning with broader engineering architecture and business goals.
• Lead high-volume ML portfolios, supporting real-time monitoring, risk scoring, and automated decisioning.
• Scale Enterprise MLOps infrastructure, shaping feature stores, real-time pipelines, model registries, and CI/CD for ML.
• Establish model evaluation and governance with offline/online testing, drift monitoring, and compliance with GDPR and auditability standards.
