Job summary

Fourvenues, a tech platform for entertainment venues, is hiring a product-focused professional to own ecommerce workflows, pricing logic, and multi-tenant considerations. Based in Madrid or Valencia with a hybrid schedule.

You will partner with engineering, design, and marketing to optimize checkout, promotions, and UX across events, tickets, and reservations, while leveraging product analytics to drive measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Experience with B2B2C ecommerce or multi-tenant platforms.
• Strong understanding of checkout, cart, promotions, pricing.
• Proven collaboration with Engineering and Product Design teams.
• Strong business mindset with data-driven prioritization.
• Comfortable in Agile environments.
• Excellent communication and ownership of product domain.

Responsibilities

• Design and refine online ticket purchasing and reservations for higher conversion.
• Define and iterate promotions, discounts, price tiers, urgency.
• Collaborate with engineering to optimize checkout under high traffic.
• Work with design/marketing to build fast, intuitive purchasing for events.
• Contribute to pricing, validations, templates, and advanced configuration decisions.
• Analyze behavioral/conversion data to prioritize improvements.
• Align ecommerce features with dashboards, POS, access control, and operations.
