Job summary
Lodgify, a Barcelona-based scale-up in the vacation rental space, is building an AI-first product platform. We’re seeking leaders to shape an agent-powered marketplace, define use cases, and grow a team of PMs with strong AI capabilities. You will collaborate with product leadership to launch the next wave of Lodgify’s product and AI integration.
You’ll help define pricing, packaging, and governance, while architecting how product and AI engineering work together across the company.
Qualifications
- Proven experience taking an AI product from 0 to 100, ideally built on MCP or similar agent tool connectivity.
- Hands-on experience writing evals and building skills that power agents, and measuring quality over time.
- Experience coaching PMs into AI product work, whether they're just starting out or already building with AI.
- Experience building a platform, API or ecosystem that others build on.
- Experience managing and growing product managers, including helping them build AI skills.
- A track record of setting up new ways of working that teams beyond your own adopted.

- Decide what we open up to AI agents first, what stays in the Lodgify app, and how it fits the host journey.
- Spend time with hosts and host builders, and let what you learn shape the roadmap.
- Define our first agent-powered use cases and their quality bar, working closely with engineering and design.
- Build a marketplace where hosts create, share and use skills, with the trust and governance to match.
- Shape how we price and package this, together with Product Marketing.
- Lead, hire and grow a team of product managers, developing them as both strong PMs and confident AI builders.
- Help shape how Product works with AI across Lodgify: how we prototype, how we run evals, and how product and AI engineering work together.

Lodgify is a fast-growing scale-up company leading the vacation rental industry. Backed by $30M in funding, our platform empowers property owners and managers worldwide to efficiently manage and grow their business through technology.
Headquartered in sunny Barcelona, we're now a team of 380+ people representing over 60 nationalities, united by a passion for transforming the future of short-term rentals.
We're opening Lodgify up so hosts can use our data and tools from any AI agent, whether that's ChatGPT, Claude or whatever comes next. Alongside that we're building a marketplace of skills: ready-made know-how that helps an agent do a host's job well, built by us and by hosts themselves.
This is a 0→1 role. You'll shape the strategy, build and grow the team, help define a new business model, and help shape how our whole Product org works with AI, with a community of hosts building on what you create. You’ll partner with product leadership to help bring this new wave of Lodgify to life!
Our HQ is in Barcelona, and we’d love you to join us there. Relocation is a plus, but not a requirement. We’re also open to candidates based anywhere in Europe.

- In 3 months: a clear strategy agreed across Product, your team set up, and our first use case chosen and rolled out.
- In 6 months: our first use case in beta, Lodgify skills live across the host journey, a pilot with our first host builders, and a clear way for product and AI engineering to work together.
- In 12 months: a growing share of hosts using Lodgify through agents, an open marketplace, a business model in market, and AI practices from your team adopted across Product.
