Inventec Performance Chemicals, part of the Dehon group, seeks a Product Manager to own the strategy, roadmap, and profitability of soldering and sintering materials within the electronic assembly portfolio. You will bridge R&D, sales, and customers to keep the range technically competitive and commercially profitable.

Formación

• Degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, Engineering, or related technical field; business/marketing qualification is a plus.
• 3–5+ years of experience in product management or technical marketing, ideally within electronic assembly, specialty chemicals, or related B2B industrial markets.
• Experience with soldering, sintering, or other electronic assembly materials is a strong advantage.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset given international customer base.

Responsabilidades

• Define and maintain the long-term and short-term product roadmap for the soldering and sintering materials range.
• Identify growth opportunities, market gaps, and new product directions in line with business objectives.
• Translate company strategy into concrete product priorities and investment decisions.
• Monitor industry trends, customer needs, and emerging technologies relevant to electronic assembly materials.
• Analyze competitor products, pricing, and market positioning on an ongoing basis.
• Build and maintain market intelligence to inform product and go-to-market decisions.
• Define product specifications and requirements based on customer and market input.
• Drive the stage-gate review and commercialization process from concept to launch.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with R&D, Quality, and Supply Chain to ensure on-time, on-spec product launches.
• Drive cost reduction and continuous improvement programs across the existing product range.
• Manage the product discontinuation strategy, including phase-out planning and customer communication.
• Maintain up-to-date product documentation (datasheets, specifications, compliance information) throughout the lifecycle.
• Analyze product margin, profitability, and cost structure across the range.
• Monitor market pricing and competitive positioning to guide pricing strategy and adjustments.
• Support commercial teams with pricing guidance, deal support, and profitability trade-off analysis.
