NDT Global is seeking a Product Operations Leader to scale product management and development practices. You will equip teams with standardized frameworks and repeatable processes to deliver market-validated products and reliable releases.

In this role you will drive data-driven decision making, manage cross-functional alignment, and lead onboarding of capabilities across the product organization to accelerate strategic initiatives.

Formación

• A bachelor's degree from a university or technical college in a related field is required.
• 10+ years of experience in Product Operations, Product Management, Product Development, or a related role.
• Experience supporting scaling of a products organization in a growth-stage company.
• Proven track record of driving alignment and improving cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent communicator with the ability to influence without authority.

Responsabilidades

• Establish scalable, repeatable product operating model across the product development lifecycle.
• Ensure consistency and efficiency in how product teams operate and communicate across functions.
• Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives, feedback loops, and audits.
• Support onboarding and capability-building with standardized tools and guidance.
• Define and manage frameworks for tracking product performance and operational health.
• Collaborate with Product and TPM teams to analyze internal data on product usage and delivery health.
• Lead efforts to gather external research to inform product strategy and roadmaps.
