IC Resources is seeking a Lead Hardware Engineer in Spain to drive advanced electronic product development from concept through production. You will provide technical leadership across hardware design activities and mentor the growing engineering team.

Formación

• Degree in Electronic Engineering or a related discipline.
• Strong experience in electronic hardware design.
• Good understanding of analogue and digital electronics.
• Experience developing products through the full development lifecycle.
• Ability to lead technical projects and mentor engineers.
• Hands-on experience with lab testing and debugging.

Responsabilidades

• Lead hardware development projects from requirements through release.
• Design analogue and digital electronic circuits.
• Develop schematics and support PCB design and review activities.
• Guide hardware engineers through design, testing and troubleshooting.
• Perform design reviews and provide technical direction.
• Support board bring-up, verification and product qualification.
• Work closely with software, mechanical and systems engineers.
• Support manufacturing, NPI and product improvement activities.
