PLENIT is seeking a Product Lead for IT Management in Madrid, on-site. You will own the business context, market direction, stakeholder relationships, and commercial outcomes for IT Management and Marketplace initiatives.

You will work with Engineering leads and cross-functional teams, shaping capabilities, pricing, packaging, and GTM to expand MSP partnerships and revenue across markets. English and Spanish fluency required.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in product management, strategy or leadership.
• Strong understanding of B2B SaaS economics and MSP ecosystems.
• Fluent English and professional working Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Own the product strategy and business direction for IT Management and related products.
• Define marketplace strategy, partnerships, and monetization for Plenit’s ecosystem.
• Drive cross-functional alignment with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Partners.
