Labhouse, a Barcelona-based AI app studio, seeks a VP of Growth to lead growth across its portfolio. You will report to the Co-CEO, own the Growth org, and collaborate with Creative and Product to scale multiple apps profitably.

You will manage a large UA budget, drive ROAS and LTV/CAC improvements, and build robust reporting and attribution frameworks. Remote work from Spain with office days in Barcelona are available.

Formación

• Experience in growth/performance marketing with leadership exposure.
• Proven ability to scale consumer mobile apps to meaningful revenue.
• Experience managing large monthly performance marketing budgets.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute growth strategy across Labhouse apps.
• Lead and scale the Performance Marketing team.
• Own the UA budget across major networks and emerging channels.
• Drive ROAS, LTV/CAC, payback and portfolio growth efficiency.
• Collaborate with Creative and Product to align acquisition and monetization.
