Job summary

Ebury Madrid Office is offering a Product Graduate role, blending foundational learning with feature ownership. You will work with cross-functional teams to contribute to the product vision, execute roadmaps, and ensure delivery of our products that help SMEs move money globally.

You will develop an understanding of payments, learn to write user stories, participate in user research, and grow into an Associate Product Manager role.

Qualifications

• Academic background in CS, Engineering, or a highly quantitative field.
• Interest in payments and how money moves around the globe.
• Curious and eager to make a difference.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the delivery of small features, helping to crack the big problems of moving money like a local for those who trade internationally.
• Own end-to-end delivery of small to medium features, from ideation to launch with senior team support.
• Define and monitor KPIs for owned features and report on product performance.
• Write clear user stories and resolve queries around them.
• Participate in user research and understand end users, SMEs, and market landscape.
• Gather feedback from users and derive insights.
• Understand the product architecture and technology stack.
• Communicate updates clearly within the team and with stakeholders.
• Ask questions and learn from senior team members.
• Translate strategy into a prioritized roadmap for a feature set.
• Present feature plans and results to cross-functional teams.
