Job summary

Ebury Malaga Office is seeking a Customer Payments Graduate to join our Customer Payments team, reporting to the Customer Payments Manager. The role suits someone who can speak Spanish and English; other languages are a plus.

You will process client payments, reconcile funds, investigate unallocated funds, and ensure accuracy and timely delivery while adhering to internal SLAs and policies. The position offers hybrid work with 4 days in the office and 1 day remote.

Qualifications

• University degree required.
• Proactive, organized and able to work under pressure.
• Good communication skills in English; Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile client funds and outbound payments across the network in accordance with internal processes.
• Investigate unallocated or non-received funds and escalate as required.
• Fund client trades when manual funding is needed.
• Verify remitter bank account data and assign currency accounts as requested.
• Process and verify client payments in line with SLAs and internal procedures.
• Handle SWIFT and domestic payment queries and issues.
