Ebury Madrid is seeking a Product Manager for Money Flows to own the product area, drive strategy, and translate regulatory requirements into actionable payment flows. You will collaborate with engineering, sales, and compliance to deliver secure, scalable fintech solutions from concept to launch.

The role requires 3–5 years consulting or equivalent fintech experience and 2+ years in product management. This is a hybrid Madrid position with a strong focus on growth and innovation within global

Formación

3–5 years of consulting experience with Accenture or Big4 in financial services or payments transformation.
2+ years in Fintech or banking payments domain.
2+ years in product management delivering regulated fintech products.

Responsabilidades

Own and execute a key Money Flow product area from why and what to how.
Balance feature development, technical debt, and experimentation to align with vision.
Present market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
Own the product backlog and achieve defined success metrics.
Translate regulatory changes into actual money flows.
Engineering is a key stakeholder; ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
Understand payment flows and schemes; fluent in SWIFT, SEPA, FPS APIs.
Gather client feedback and translate into clear requirements.
