Mindmatch busca un Senior Software Engineer para Barcelona. Trabajarás en nuestro stack AdTech, dirigiendo el desarrollo de una nueva plataforma y asegurando la entrega de software escalable y fiable en entornos de nube pública.

Se valorará experiencia de al menos 5 años como desarrollador, conocimientos en Golang/Scala (C es un plus) y familiaridad con DSP/SSP y RTB. Se ofrece oficina moderna, seguro de salud privado, portátil MacBook y horario flexible.

Formación

• Al menos 5 años de experiencia como software developer
• Nivel alto de inglés
• Conocimientos en Golang, Scala o C
• Experiencia en publicidad programática (DSP/SSP/RTB)
• Capacidad para entender necesidades del negocio y proponer soluciones técnicas

Responsabilidades

• Trabajar con el stack AdTech, mejorando sistemas de entrega de anuncios
• Dirigir la dirección técnica de la nueva plataforma
• Colaborar con marketing, diseño, datos y productos para alinear objetivos
• Garantizar escalabilidad y rendimiento en la nube

Senior Software Engineer

Barcelona, local Candidates, Hybrid after 6 months

Responsibilities

• Working with all parts of the
• AdTech stack , including ad delivery systems, OS and network level optimization
• Setting the direction of the technical development of our brand-new platform
• Working in public cloud environment
• (Linux ecosystem)
• Ensuring that systems are scalable and reliable to handle increased traffic and provide uninterrupted ad delivery
• Continuously optimizing and improving existing systems and technologies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of digital advertising campaigns
• Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketers, designers, data analysts, and product managers, to align platform development with business goals
• Determining causes for the most complex software issues and develop practical, efficient, and permanent technical solutions
• Guiding our Software Engineers to develop their skills and knowledge through the provision of advice, mentoring and training opportunities
• Creating and overseeing high-level KPIs for the IT department

Requirements

• Minimum
• 5 years of experience as a software developer
• Excellent level of English xkdbapo
• In-depth knowledge of the
• ad-tech industry,

• Experience in

• Knowledge and experience with programmatic advertising, including familiarity with demand-side platforms (DSPs), supply-side platforms (SSPs), and real-time bidding (RTB)
• Ability to understand and anticipate business needs and provide technical solutions accordingly
