TRKKN in Barcelona seeks an AdTech Platform Specialist to be the first contact and technical problem-solver for AdTech clients. You will support DV360, CM360, and SA360, onboard new clients, and help expand SA360 capabilities while collaborating with Analytics and Privacy experts.

You will connect with clients in English and Spanish, share AI-driven ideas, and grow within a dynamic Google Marketing Platform environment.

Formación

• Platform Expert with DV360 and CM360 (2+ years)
• SA360 experience or strong knowledge of Google Ads
• Problem-solving mindset for client requests
• Interest in AI and automation to innovate processes
• Growth mindset with eagerness to learn and develop
• Excellent public speaking in English (C1) and Spanish (B2)
• Based in Barcelona to join the local team

Responsabilidades

• AdTech Support & Troubleshooting for AdTech clients via ticketing system
• Platform Mastery in DV360 & CM360 to deliver accurate solutions
• Client Onboarding with tool demos and UI walkthroughs
• Build SA360 knowledge base and improve search-related queries
• Provide strategic consulting to build long-term AdTech roadmaps
• Drive automation and AI integrations within workflows
• Collaborate with Analytics and Privacy experts within the Barcelona team
