Ivoclar Group is seeking a Product Communications Manager to lead global communication concepts and materials. You will collaborate with marketing, product, and external agencies to craft messages, statements, and campaigns while ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and MDR requirements.

Strong English writing is essential, with German a plus. This role offers exposure to a global, diverse environment, with occasional travel up to 10% for training, meetings and project activities.

Formación

• Completed education in marketing, communication or journalism and several years in an international environment.
• Excellent English writing and communication skills (C1 or higher).
• Experience creating communication concepts and writing marketing/product communications.
• Experience in project management and project leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and define global, strategic communication concepts/plans based on strategies and product information.
• Create and produce communication materials with other departments and external providers.
• Execute planned communications measures and coordinate publication with other teams.
• Continuously update communication materials and monitor trends in marketing communications.
• Prepare and present marketing communications in English to internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate with market contacts and external service providers.

Your role

• Planning and definition: Development of global, strategic communication concepts/plans based on internal strategies and objectives as well as product and market-specific information (product features, competitive analysis, customer personas, etc.)
• Creation and production: Timely creation of the communication materials planned as part of a communication concept/plan in collaboration with other departments, creation of target group and channel-specific messages, statements, slogans and (advertising and editorial) text, creation of advertising and communication materials in collaboration with other departments.
• Execution and measurement: Timely execution of planned communication measures, coordination with other departments regarding publication and performance measurement.
• Continuous updating of communication materials.
• Recognizing trends and developments within marketing communications.
• Preparing, giving (internal and external) and following up on marketing presentations in English.
• Coordination, management and cooperation with various market contacts (especially marketing managers of subsidiaries).
• Coordinating, managing and collaborating with external service providers (copywriters, editors, proofreaders, agencies, etc.).
• Implementation of and compliance with all MDR-relevant requirements, with brand guidelines and communication architecture.
• Acts as a role model in accordance with the Corporate Values of the Ivoclar Group.

Your profile

• Completed education in marketing, communication or journalism and several years of professional experience in an international environment.
• Knowledge of creating communication concepts and writing marketing and product communication.
• Experience in the healthcare industry is an advantage.
• Experience in project management and project leadership, solid knowledge of project planning and control methods.
• Excellent English writing and communication skills (minimum C1). German language are an advantage.
• Knows various presentation techniques and is confident in presenting.
• Act according to Ivoclar's "Values Words Actions" and reconcile these with their own values.
• Is open to change, is skilled in finding their way in new situations and contributing their knowledge.
• Plans in a future-oriented and goal-oriented manner can set achievable goals, analyze topics systematically, and broaden market knowledge

• Communicating clearly and comprehensibly, informing colleagues and interfaces in good time can "actively listen" and give constructive feedback.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% for training, team meetings and project-related activities.
