Ebury Leon or Malaga Office - Hybrid: 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home per week. This is a unique internship opportunity to join a fast-growing fintech and support the global procurement function.

The intern will work within Finance supporting day-to-day operations, with strong mentorship and opportunities to learn procurement processes, reporting, and stakeholder engagement across the organization.

Formación

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-off in the use of analytical tools.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills including English. Basic Portuguese knowledge is a bonus.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with the Purchase Order (PO) process implementation and day-to-day administration to channel 80% of external spend via PO invoices.
• Manage PO creation and receipt process.
• Monitor adoption of the PO process by other departments.
• Assist with Procurement and PO process enhancement projects.
• Support training material development and delivery to drive adoption.
• Support in invoice dispute resolution cases.
• Support the Purchase to Pay function and cover the Senior Procurement Analyst across routine tasks.
• Analytics and Reporting: collect procurement data to highlight process improvements and support team objectives.
• Reduce Non-PO and credit card spend.
• Regularly report to stakeholders on progress, compliance and PO adoption.
• Support other upstream procurement activities.
