Ebury Leon or Malaga Office offers a Procurement Intern role in a Hybrid setup (4 days in the office, 1 day remote). You’ll join the Finance team, supporting day-to-day operations and learning how a fast-growing fintech runs its procurement function on a global scale.

Your focus will be on transactional operations, PO management, data reporting, and contributing to sourcing projects, with mentorship from experienced managers to accelerate your development.

Formación

• Pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, including English.
• Basic Portuguese knowledge is a bonus.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the PO process: help implement and administer POs to channel spend via PO invoices.
• Manage PO creation and receipt processes.
• Monitor adoption of the PO process across departments.
• Assist with procurement and PO process improvement projects.
• Support training material development and delivery to drive adoption.
• Support the Purchase to Pay function and routine tasks when needed.
• Collect and compile procurement data to identify process improvements and cost savings.
• Regularly report procurement progress and compliance to key stakeholders.
