Job summary

Ebury is seeking a Procurement Intern to join the Finance team, based in León or Málaga with a hybrid pattern (4 days in the office, 1 day remote). You’ll contribute to day-to-day procurement operations, PO processing, and data reporting while learning from experienced managers in a fast-growing fintech.

The role emphasizes hands-on experience in purchasing, analytics, and process improvements, with mentorship and clear pathways to develop in procurement and finance careers.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, or related field.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills are required.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills including English; basic Portuguese is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day transactional operations in procurement and PO process management.
• Support purchasing, reporting, and operational maintenance activities.
• Assist with procurement and PO process improvement projects.
• Contribute to training material development and delivery to drive adoption.
• Support invoice dispute resolution cases.
• Provide coverage for routine tasks for the Senior Procurement Analyst.
• Assist with collecting and compiling procurement data to highlight process improvements.
• Regularly report to stakeholders on progress, compliance and adoption of PO process.
• Support other upstream procurement activities as needed.
