GoodLife Foods is seeking a Procurement Category Lead to own key product-related categories and shape sourcing strategies across Europe. You will partner with Iberian plants and suppliers, leading tenders, negotiations, and contract management to secure favorable terms and ensure supply continuity.

The role requires 5–10+ years in procurement within FMCG/food, strong negotiation and analytical skills, and fluency in Spanish and English.

Formación

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Business or similar.
• Approximately 5–10+ years of procurement experience in FMCG and food industry.
• Strong negotiation skills and commercial instinct.
• Confident to operate and influence at senior level.
• A sharp analytical mindset and data-driven decision making.
• Experience working in complex, international environments.
• Fluency in Spanish and English (language proficiency assessed).

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute category sourcing strategies using market insights.
• Lead tenders, supplier negotiations and contract management.
• Build strong supplier relationships and monitor performance to ensure supply continuity.
• Drive cost savings, efficiency and sustainability through value engineering.
• Collaborate with internal teams across Europe to support new product development.
• Support budgeting and reporting, maintain procurement data and KPIs.
• Support and lead European procurement projects and transformation initiatives.
