GoodLife Foods in Granollers is seeking a Procurement Category Lead to own key product-related categories and shape sourcing strategies to drive cost, quality, sustainability, and innovation. You will work closely with Iberian plants and suppliers at every level, including boardroom conversations.

You will lead tenders, negotiations and contract management; build supplier relationships; support European procurement projects; and contribute to budgeting and reporting.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Business or similar.
• 5–10+ years of procurement experience, ideally FMCG or food industry.
• Fluency in Spanish and English; willingness to travel 6–8 times per year.

• Develop and implement category sourcing strategies, using market insights to guide decisions.
• Lead tenders, supplier negotiations and contract management to secure favorable terms.
• Build strong supplier relationships, monitor performance and manage risks to ensure supply continuity.
• Drive cost savings, efficiency and sustainability through value engineering and responsible sourcing.
• Collaborate with internal teams across Europe to support new product development and align procurement with business needs.
• Support budgeting and reporting, maintain procurement data and track KPIs.
• Lead European procurement projects and transformation initiatives.
