GoodLife Foods Group in Granollers, Spain, seeks a Master Data Management Specialist to safeguard the accuracy, consistency, and governance of core master data across the organization. You will own data quality for Product, Customer, and Supplier records and support ERP implementations, data migrations, and system integrations.

You will partner with IT and business stakeholders to resolve data quality issues, improve governance, and document procedures.

Formación

• Experience in Master Data Management, ERP, or enterprise business applications.
• Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, or supply chain environments is desirable.

## Masterdata Application SpecialistApplylocations: Granollers Officetime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Yesterdayjob requisition id: JR100076## **Job Purpose**The **Master Data Management Specialist** plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, governance, and lifecycle management of master data across **Audens Food**, with an extended scope supporting the wider **GoodLife Foods Group**. Acting as the key link between business stakeholders and IT, the role ensures that high-quality master data supports operational excellence, strategic initiatives, and business transformation.This position is responsible for maintaining a reliable **single source of truth** for Product, Customer, Supplier, and other critical business data, enabling efficient operations, regulatory compliance, and informed decision-making across the organization. The role also contributes to the successful delivery of system implementations, data integrations, and continuous improvement initiatives aimed at strengthening data governance and business processes.## **Key Responsibilities*** Manage and oversee the day-to-day maintenance of master data within **Synergy MDM** and connected enterprise systems, ensuring data integrity and operational continuity.* Ensure master data is accurate, complete, and compliant with established governance policies, business standards, and quality requirements.* Serve as the subject matter expert for master data management processes, supporting data quality initiatives and promoting best practices across the organization.* Lead the master data workstream in ERP implementations, system integrations, data migrations, and business transformation projects.* Support and coordinate integrations between **Synergy MDM**, ERP systems, GS1 data exchanges, APIs, and EDI interfaces to ensure seamless data flow across business applications.* Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to identify, investigate, and resolve data quality issues while implementing sustainable corrective actions.* Develop, maintain, and continuously improve master data documentation, governance standards, operating procedures, and user training materials.* Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on enhancing master data processes, governance frameworks, controls, and overall data quality.## **Key Stakeholders**The role requires close collaboration with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective master data governance and support business operations.**Internal stakeholders*** IT Enterprise Application Manager* Master Data Management Team* Sales* Operations* Supply Chain* Finance* Procurement* Quality Assurance* ERP and Application Support Teams**External stakeholders*** Software vendors* System implementation partners* GS1 and other external data exchange partners## **Role Dimensions*** **Preferred location:** Granollers, Spain* **Business scope:** Multiple manufacturing sites across Audens Food and GoodLife Foods* **Core systems:** Synergy MDM, Izaro ERP, and other connected enterprise applications* **Master data portfolio:** + Approximately **1,000 product articles** and **2,000 product items** + Approximately **700 customer records** + Approximately **3,500 supplier records*** **Travel:** Occasional travel within Spain and to Breda, The Netherlands## **Qualifications & Experience*** Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.* Minimum of **2–3 years' experience** in Master Data Management, ERP systems, or enterprise business applications.* Previous experience within manufacturing, FMCG, food production, or supply chain environments is highly desirable.* Strong understanding of data governance principles, master data management processes, and data quality frameworks.* Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications and basic relational database concepts.* Experience working with ERP systems, APIs, EDI integrations, and GS1 data standards.* Fluent in both **Spanish and English**, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.* Willingness to travel occasionally as required.## **Key Competencies**The successful candidate combines strong technical expertise with excellent analytical and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration across business functions while ensuring high standards of data quality.Core competencies include:* Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.* Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.* Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, conditional formatting, data validation, data comparison, transformation, and preparation of bulk upload files.* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams.* Ability to work independently, prioritize competing demands, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.* Project-oriented mindset with experience supporting business transformation and change initiatives.* Proactive, pragmatic, and continuous improvement approach.* Ability to translate business requirements into practical data management and system solutions that support organizational objectives.At GoodLife Foods we believe that great food brings people together and makes every moment more enjoyable.
