Ogury is seeking a P2P Manager to lead and optimize Procure-to-Pay processes globally. You will centralize policies, drive efficiencies, and leverage AI to enhance tool usage across the organization. You will mentor a centralized P2P team and report to leadership on performance and compliance.

In this hybrid role, you will partner with finance, procurement, and business units to ensure effective P2P operations while maintaining strong governance and streamlined workflows.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years in P2P/AP with 1–2 years in a management/leadership role.
• Proven track record turning outdated or messy processes into automated workflows.
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
• Experience working with global teams and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong communication and ability to manage relationships with finance and external stakeholders.
• Experience managing ERP and P2P tools; Excel; use of AI in digital transformation.

About the Role

The P2P Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing the company’s Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes. The P2P Manager will be responsible for centralizing the P2P processes and policies across the global organization into a compliant and efficient ecosystem that drives strategic value.

The P2P Manager will be responsible for ensuring compliance, driving processes and tool efficiencies, including the use of AI. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of P2P processes, excellent communication skills and the ability to leverage technology, AI and automation tools to drive process improvements.

This role will also manage the team that will support this infrastructure as we continue to grow.

What you will be doing

Harmonize P2P operations in all Ogury countries and create & manage a cohesive team to run this 'centre of excellence'

Identify, implement, drive and monitor process improvements that balance control with ease and speed

P2P workflow review and re-design if necessary

Creating procurement guidelines & best practices across the Group (ie collecting vendor quotes and/or RFPs, negotiating contract & payment terms)

Regular review of policies and updates when needed

Group wide compliance of processes and procedures

Implement P2P reporting and KPIs

Report incidents of policy non-compliance and find areas for improvement

Management of all P2P tools in the toolstack (TravelPerk, Expensify, Yooz/Pivot)

Collaborate with all departments to ensure a smooth and effective operation of the P2P team

Support end users with processes and tools

What you will bring to Ogury

Degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Management or related field

Minimum 5 years progressive experience in P2P/AP operations with at least 1-2 years in a management/leadership role

Excellent communication skills and ability to manage relationships with the finance team as well as external stakeholders

System savvy - experience in managing modern ERP and P2P tools as well as Excel and the use of AI in driving digital transformation

Proven track record of taking outdated or messy processes and turning them into sleek and automated workflows

Experience of working with global teams

Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
