Job summary

Stark Future SL is seeking a Process Technician to provide hands-on technical support for our Motorcycle and Battery assembly lines in Sant Boi de Llobregat, Spain. This role is essential for ensuring the production lines run smoothly, addressing tooling issues, implementing improvements, and supporting operations efficiently.

The Role

We are looking for a Process Technician to provide hands‑on technical support to our Motorcycle and Battery assembly lines.

This role is essential to ensure production lines run smoothly every day: solving tooling issues, carrying out small repairs, implementing improvements, and reporting recurrent problems back to Engineering. You will be a key enabler for our operations, supporting them directly on the line, and ensuring uptime, safety and reliability of all critical tools and fixtures.

What You’ll Do

• Provide technical support on the Motorcycle and Battery assembly lines, responding quickly to issues that stop or slow production.
• Troubleshoot and repair tooling, jigs, fixtures, cables, sensors and other production equipment.
• Escalate and report systematic or recurrent tool issues to Engineering for root‑cause analysis.
• Carry out basic maintenance and functional checks to ensure tools and equipment remain reliable.
• Implement small improvements and upgrades to existing installations together with the Production team.
• Support new product introductions by assisting with equipment setup and validation of workstations.
• Contribute to 5S and Lean activities, ensuring tidiness and organization at all times.
• Collaborate closely with Operators, Team Leaders, Maintenance and Engineering to ensure alignment.

What You Will Bring To Stark

• Vocational training or degree in mechatronics, mechanical engineering, electronics, automation technology or similar.
• Hands‑on experience in production line support (automotive, electronics or industrial assembly preferred).
• Strong troubleshooting skills with tooling, jigs, electrical connections, sensors and mechanical fixtures.
• Ability to carry out basic repairs (cables, wiring, jig adjustments, small mechanical fixes).
• Good communication skills to document issues and report to Engineering.
• Proactive mindset: you enjoy solving problems quickly and preventing them from recurring.
• Comfortable working in a shift environment.
• Fluent in Spanish (English is a plus).
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, basic data entry).
