Management & Soul seeks a Technology Manager to lead the manufacturing technology strategy across our production facilities, reporting to the Operations Director. The role heads the Maintenance and Engineering teams, focusing on equipment reliability, continuous process improvement, automation, and successful execution of industrial projects in an international setting.

The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with hands-on leadership, driving OEE improvements and digital integration

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial, Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in a managerial/tech leadership role within industrial manufacturing.
• Proven experience in metal manufacturing processes (punching, bending, forming, machining, assembly).
• Strong background in Lean, Six Sigma or Kaizen and CAPEX investments.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute the manufacturing technology roadmap aligned with business and operations goals.
• Lead and develop the Maintenance and Engineering teams.
• Drive continuous improvement across punching, bending, forming and assembly processes.
• Identify, evaluate and implement new manufacturing technologies and automation solutions.
• Oversee industrial engineering activities including process optimization and OEE improvement.

• Drive Industry 4.0 initiatives including data collection, traceability, MES integration and predictive maintenance.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality and New Project Development teams.

With a strong commitment to innovation, operational excellence and technological development, the company is looking for a Technology Manager to play a key role in the evolution of its manufacturing operations.

Position Summary

Reporting to the Operations Director, the Technology Manager will be responsible for leading the manufacturing technology strategy and its implementation across the company's production facilities.

The role leads the Maintenance and Engineering teams, with a strong focus on equipment reliability, continuous process improvement, automation and the successful execution of industrial projects.

A key part of the position will be improving production efficiency, equipment performance and digital integration across punching, bending, forming and assembly processes.

We are looking for an experienced industrial professional who combines technical expertise, leadership capabilities and a hands-on approach, and who is comfortable working within an international environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the company's manufacturing technology roadmap, aligned with business and operational objectives.
• Lead and develop the Maintenance and Engineering teams.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across punching, bending, forming and assembly processes.
• Identify, evaluate and implement new manufacturing technologies and automation solutions.
• Oversee industrial engineering activities, including process optimization, cycle-time reduction and OEE improvement.
• Manage CAPEX projects related to new equipment, machinery upgrades, automation and digital manufacturing tools.
• Drive Industry 4.0 initiatives, including data collection, traceability, MES integration and predictive maintenance.
• Collaborate closely with Production, Quality and New Project Development teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with external suppliers, integrators and technology partners.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial or technology leadership role within an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience in metal manufacturing processes, such as punching, bending, forming, machining and/or assembly.
• Experience managing industrial projects and CAPEX investments.
• Strong background in process improvement methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma or Kaizen.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of CNC machinery, automation systems and industrial production equipment.
• Experience with ERP/MES systems and manufacturing data analysis.
• Understanding of Industry 4.0 and smart factory concepts.
• Solid project management skills.

Languages

• Professional working proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
