Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Admin, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in product data, process management, ERP, PLM, or MDM environments.
• Strong understanding of product data lifecycles and end-to-end processes across ERP/PLM.
• Ability to translate requirements into process definitions, use cases, and specs.
• Experience with functional/integration testing and UAT.
• Fluent in English; Agile mindset and stakeholder management.

About the team:

We are reinforcing our Product Data Tools & Digital Enablement team at our location in Barcelona. Our team drives the evolution of Product Data capabilities across ZF Aftermarket by shaping and supporting the systems, processes, and digital solutions that manage product information throughout its lifecycle. We enable high-quality, integrated, and accessible product data across ERP, PLM, and related platforms, supporting business operations, digital transformation, and data-driven decision making.

Working closely with business and IT stakeholders worldwide, we continuously improve product data processes, strengthen digital maturity, and ensure that our product data ecosystem remains scalable, efficient, and aligned with the strategic objectives of the division.

Your Tasks:

• Define, design, and continuously improve end-to-end product data processes and related business use cases
• Translate business requirements into structured process definitions, functional specifications, and system implementation requirements
• Drive process harmonization, governance, and adoption across functions and regions
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Project Managers, Technical Experts, IT teams, and business stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of product data solutions
• Define test scenarios, test plans, and test cases based on business requirements and acceptance criteria
• Coordinate and support functional, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring business process and system readiness
• Document process definitions, best practices, testing outcomes, and improvement opportunities
• Identify and implement process improvement initiatives
• Develop training materials, user guides, and knowledge documentation to support product data processes and tools
• Plan and deliver user training sessions, workshops, and enablement activities to increase adoption and digital maturity across the organization
• Support continuous improvement of product data tools, processes, and user adoption across the organization

Profile description:

Your Profile:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent qualification
• Relevant experience in product data, process management, digital tools, ERP, PLM, MDM, or similar business system environments
• Strong understanding of product data lifecycles, end-to-end business processes, and their interaction across ERP, PLM, and related product data systems
• Experience translating business requirements into process definitions, use cases, and functional specifications
• Experience supporting functional testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Knowledge of process improvement methodologies
• Familiarity with Agile ways of working and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
• Experience working in international and cross-functional environments
• Experience with SAP, Windchill, Stibo STEP, or similar product data platforms is considered an advantage
• Experience creating training materials and supporting user enablement initiatives is considered an advantage
• Fluent in English
