Horse Technologies, a division of Horse Powertrain Ltd, is hiring a Process/PLM Systems Lead based in Valladolid, Spain. You will own the PLM roadmap, govern MES and SAP integrations, and drive Industry 4.0 initiatives across Engineering, Operations and IT.

Ideal candidates will have a degree in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering or related field, strong project and stakeholder management, and experience with digital transformation in manufacturing.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering, Automation or related field.
• Proven project and stakeholder management experience.
• Experience with PLM, MES, SAP integrations and digital manufacturing.

Responsabilidades

What You Will Do

• Own and develop the Process Engineering PLM product roadmap and functional requirements.
• Define and govern PLM, MES and SAP system integrations and data flows.
• Lead Industry 4.0 and manufacturing digitalization initiatives.
• Manage end-to-end technology projects with internal and external stakeholders.
• Drive cross‑functional collaboration between Engineering, Operations and IT teams.
• Support change management, training and adoption of digital tools.
• Monitor KPIs, system performance and data quality.
• Manage product backlog, enhancements and continuous improvement activities.

What We’re Looking For

• A proven track record in PLM, Manufacturing Systems, or Industrial Digitalization projects, with experience managing digital transformation initiatives and system integrations.
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Manufacturing Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Excellent skills in project management and stakeholder management.
• Strong competencies in business process analysis and cross‑functional collaboration, with a collaborative approach.
• Knowledge of the automotive sector, Horse Powertrain business, and our ambition to transform the industry.
• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written; Spanish will be highly valued.
