Hexcel Corporation is seeking a Process Engineer ECP for Parla, Spain. You will define and control industrial processes across production, applying Lean/Six Sigma to improve quality, robustness, sustainability and cost.

You will support daily production issues, audits, and implement continuous improvement across lines, working with blue-collar staff to ensure procedures and controls are functioning effectively. Relocation and travel are required.

Formación

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
• Less than 3 years of work experience (excluding intern & co-op).
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Spanish.
• Willingness to relocate, travel domestically and internationally.
• Experience with continuous improvement, LEAN and/or Six Sigma; Green Belt a plus.
• Experience with ERPs, MES, SharePoint; Power BI/Power Apps a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Define and control industrial processes across production of intermediates and finished goods.
• Apply continuous improvement to improve quality, robustness, sustainability and cost.
• Support daily problems on production lines with blue-collar staff and ensure procedures are followed.
• Support internal and external audits and help close gaps with action plans.
• Ensure quality policies and procedures are followed across manufacturing processes.
