Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field; chemical or mechanical preferred.
• Less than 3 years of work experience; internship/co-op accepted.
• Excellent written and verbal English and Spanish.
• Willing to relocate and travel domestically and internationally.
• Lean, Six Sigma knowledge a plus; Green Belt a plus.
• Experience with ERP, MES, SharePoint; BI tools knowledge a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Define and control industrial processes across production with recipes and records.
• Apply continuous improvement to improve quality, robustness, sustainability and reduce cost.
• Support daily production issues with frontline staff to ensure procedures and controls.
• Support audits and close gaps with action plans.
• Ensure quality policies are followed across manufacturing processes.
