Hexcel is seeking a Process Engineer ECP for Parla, Spain to define and control industrial processes across production of intermediates and finished goods, implementing continuous improvement initiatives.

Ideal candidates hold a technical bachelor’s degree, less than 3 years experience, and fluent English and Spanish. Knowledge of ERPs, MES, SharePoint and BI tools like Power BI or Power Apps is a plus, with willingness to relocate and travel as required.

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a technical field (Chemical or Mechanical).
• Less than 3 years of work experience (excluding intern & co‑op).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Willingness to relocate, travel domestically and internationally.
• Experience with continuous improvement, Lean and/or Six Sigma tools; Green Belt certification is a plus.
• Experience with information‑management tools such as ERP, MES, SharePoint.
• Knowledge of programming macros in Excel, Power BI, Power Apps or other BI tools is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Define and control industrial processes across production of all intermediates and finished goods through recipes, trials, procedures, records, documentation, controls, etc.
• Apply and deploy continuous improvement philosophy across production processes to improve quality, robustness, sustainability and reduce cost.
• Support daily problems across production lines with staff, ensuring procedures are followed and controls are functioning.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Help develop, support and/or lead action plans to close gaps.
• Ensure all quality policies and procedures are followed across manufacturing processes, deploying improvements.

Responsibilities

• Define and control industrial processes across the production of all intermediates and finished goods through recipes, trials, procedures, records, documentation, controls, etc.
• Apply and deploy continuous improvement philosophy across production processes to improve quality, enhance robustness, increase sustainability and reduce cost.
• Support daily problems found across production lines in close collaboration with blue‑collar staff, ensuring procedures are followed, processes improved and controls are functioning.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Help develop, support and/or lead action plans to close gaps.
• Ensure all quality policies and procedures are followed across manufacturing processes, deploying improvements, action plans and closing gaps to achieve company goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a technical field. Preferred Engineering degrees: Chemical or Mechanical.
• Less than 3 years of work experience (excluding intern & co‑op experience). Experience in industrial environments is an added value.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Willingness and ability to relocate, travel domestically and internationally.
• Experience with continuous improvement, Lean and/or Six Sigma tools; Green Belt certification is a plus.
• Experience with information‑management tools such as ERPs, MES, SharePoint is an added value.
• Knowledge of programming macros in Excel, advanced skills on Power BI, Power Apps or other business intelligence tools is a plus.
• Eligibility to work in the country where the position is based.
