Revolut Ltd is seeking a Quality Control Analyst for Private Banking based in Barcelona with remote options across Poland, Portugal and Spain. The role focuses on evaluating interactions, scoring outcomes, and reporting regulatory or procedural issues to management.

You will review client interactions, provide data-driven feedback, and help maintain high standards of quality and compliance across regions. The position offers flexibility to work from home or abroad.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree is required.
• 3+ years of experience in sales quality assurance, compliance, or risk monitoring within regulated wealth management/private banking.
• Fluency in English (C1+).
• Understanding of private banking risk considerations across regions.
• Experience analyzing trends across complex client interactions and datasets.
• Ability to interpret and verify information for thorough quality control reviews.
• Proficiency with data-driven tools, dashboards, and case management systems.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Compliance, Legal, Operations, and Risk.
• Expertise in reviewing sales interactions, processes and controls for improvements.
• Exposure to wealth management regulatory obligations across multiple regions.

Responsibilities

• Quality-check Private Bankers’ client interactions and identify successes or failures in outcomes.
• Provide feedback and scorecard evaluations based on data-driven insights and root-cause analysis.
• Score client interactions against procedures and identify trends and root causes of failures.
• Coach new Quality Control team members.
• Collaborate with internal teams across locations to align on quality standards.
